Ok let’s get it straight: Food that you have grown yourself (organically of course!!) has to be the tastiest, freshest and healthiest food you can eat so that’s what this series is all about with a particular emphasis on thinking about food as medicine.
The series is also going to look at the importance of things like seed saving, rainwater harvesting, permaculture, organic techniques as well as the social and cultural aspects of growing and eating food together.
Throughout the series we will be visiting gardens, allotments, community gardens, kitchens, farmers markets and some top vegetarian restaurants.
